These GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (this "Agreement") are entered into between JEC Technologies Group (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2017/337579/07) ("Provider") or assigned Partner Companies and entity set out in any Order Form ("Customer"). Provider and Customer are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
