These GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (this "Agreement") are entered into between JEC TECHNOLOGIES GROUP Pty Ltd (registration number 2007/012347/23) ("Provider") or assigned Partner Companies and entity set out in any OF ("Customer"). Provider and Customer are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
